Commissioned by Birmingham Royal Ballet as part of it’s program of new work during the Coronvirus pandemic, Copper Candle was asked to create an AR experience that shared the performances of ballet dancers from the production Lazuli Sky. 
Creating the volumetric captures on location allowed the dancers movements to be captured realistically and transformed into the stunning poster image as well as an AR mobile and tablet app.

Copper Candle turned around a completed app that was published to both the Apple App store and Google Play store in less than 2 weeks in time for the opening night.
Audience would use the poster as a tracking marker that allows them to see 2 movements of the piece that appear to them as holograms through their phone.
